P5 Science Learning Journey - MINT Museum of Toys: Energy Through Play

Embark on an exciting educational adventure with us to the MINT Museum of Toys, where P5 students will discover how vintage toys use energy to move. This experience is designed to introduce P6 students to the concept of Energy, a key topic in their Science curriculum.

Programme Details

Pre-Trip Lesson: Introduction to Energy
Before visiting the museum, our experienced Science teaching team will conduct a 30-minute introductory lesson at our Bishan centre. This session will provide a foundational understanding of Energy, preparing students for a deeper exploration at the museum.

The Museum Experience
At the MINT Museum of Toys, your child will explore an extensive collection of vintage toys from around the world, including those that utilise various forms of energy to function. Our Science teaching team will accompany the students throughout the trip, ensuring a safe and engaging experience.

1. 18 Jun, Wednesday 10am–1pm
2. 19 Jun, Thursday 10am–1pm

Logistics

• Arrival Time: Please ensure your child arrives at the Bishan centre by 10am.
• Dismissal Time: Students will be dismissed from the Bishan centre at 1pm.
